Lead The Way program is dedicated to improving outcomes by identifying, training, and elevating community leaders to create civic and political change. We are seeking passionate individuals who aspire to enhance local, state, and national systems through public service and civic engagement.
Our goal is to build an ecosystem of leaders who may not typically have the institutional support or opportunities to step into public service, equipping them with the skills and leadership experiences needed to make a lasting impact.
